Was there today at noon (again), tried Japanese curry today and was once again positively impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the authentic, delicious food. For me it was like a mini break in Japan this afternoon :-)
Very personable little shop. Somewhat reminiscent of the size of ramen shops in Japan. The soups are good, but for 5 stars I am missing a signature ramen that sticks in my mind.
The soups taste great, you can watch them being prepared and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. βΊοΈ?
??????
Friends and I love this Japanese restaurant! Very, very polite and nice staff who put a lot of effort into the preparation! I hope the store stays open, otherwise it would be a major loss. Lots of love and thanks for everything, Sano team!
We recommend!
One of the most underrated noodle restaurant in Munich. Cozy ambient, delicious food, nice staff and great value!
Very authentic Japanese food, very tasty soups, also great for veggie
Amazing ramen and staff!
Ok
I tried a lot of noodles restaurant, this is the top one! Definitely!!!!
Very delicious udon!
Oishi !!! Ramen is great! Staff is very friendly! Prices are good! I would love to come back!
Yes, very nice and good food, the portions are a bit small for the price. Absolute highlight the Motchi!
Very tasty Tonkotsu Ramen at a fair price. The place is very central, is very cozy and the service is very friendly. Only the pork could be a little softer, sometimes it literally melts on your tongue. Clear recommendation ??
Tasty
Good ramen, nice service. Prices are perfect, not too expensive.
It's a Japanese couple, but it was cheap and the taste was good. In particular, the donkotsu tasted good. Mochi was really tasty than I thought#
super affordable ramen (~ β¬7.50) made by japanese staff :)
Not as tasty as in Japan but comes close
A real Japanese! Authentic Japanese snack, with various noodles in homemade broth and numerous side dishes. We were served very friendly, ate very well and will be back soon :)
Wonderful! I had a (take-away) Shoyu Ramen with chicken: tasty ramen and soup with nice chunks of chicken. The lady who helped me with my order was very friendly =) Will definitely visit again and highly recommended!
Good Raman and many choices
Absolutely overrated! Sushi was poorly made with a mashine and the fish was definitely not fresh. You have to wait for 40 min in line outside(at 1900 Saturday). Horrible service, didn't take away plates so the table got crowded, no chop sticks as a few examples. Miso soup was tasteless. The noodles are not freshly made, they come in a green bag. Please don't even think of going here, airport or grosery store pre made sushi is so much better.
A shop run by Japanese people. While there are many meat dishes such as sausages, I was very glad that I could eat delicious noodles. The location is about 10 minutes from Marienplatz. (There was no pedestrian crossing on the main boulevard, so it was a little troublesome because we went through a subway station) It seems that you can use a credit card from 10 euros.
Great Ramen place. A little bit small, though. Service is nice and fast. Tastes really good. I came back several times already. Great alternative for ΓΌber full Takumi.
Very tasty food
Great variety of Sushi. Tasty good and fresh and never any problems after ( I don't take that as granted with raw fish) super recommended
One of the few places in Munich that achieves near-to-Japanese taste. The restaurant has a variety of Men-dishes (ιΊΊ), that is Ramen, Soba & Udon, and a good selection of typical starters. The place itself has a cozy counter to eat at and few places, so prepare to wait a few minutes. The prices are completely affordable. Just be sure to check the schedule. Sano normally closes at 21h. I absolutely recommend this place!
Cute little Place, amazing food and very good service
Very tasty food, friendly staff, Japanese atmosphere :)
Best ramen in Munich, at least my opinion
Service was pretty good and the food was okay.
Small but cosy and affordable place for a good soup and some fried gyoza ??
I don't understand why here has got such high scores. It's okay price considering here Munich is, but you'd better prepare yourself for the quality and the portion. I don't normally whine for the portion, but the other restaurants would sell this size extra for whom do not have appetite. I also don't understand why they put Kimchi(Korean sidedish) on top of Gyudon(Japanese beef bowl). The staff was friendly, but they don't seem to care much the customer and the quality of the restaurant.
Not bad, not least because any Japanese tourist needs Ramen after several pints of beer.
One of the best Japanese I have had till date. The restaurant feels like a local Japanese place and the food is really good!
not a ramen expert but I liked
The ramen was okay, but the sushi was amazing! Also the prices are not so high. Very good!
just nice
Isartor Station is a small Japanese restaurant located before the crossing of the road to the German Museum. There are always lots of people, but it seems to be due to the low prices, the varied menu and the friendly hospitality. I ordered kimchi before I ate ramen, but it was so strange that I got a special kimchi like cucumber.
If you want to grab a quick bite before going for a movie in nearby theatre, this is a good option :). A modest place with self service . Food is not so expensive.. has some interesting Japanese food. I ordered schrimp udon which was good. Staff is nice and friendly.. would like to visit again when going for next movie ...
Friendly staff and authentic, but quality was lacking for sushi, soup and karage
Not the best. Prawns hard to chew in the soup. Sushi OK but nothing outstanding. Cheap.
Sorry to be so blunt but all these raving reviews hightened my expectations and I was honestly quite disappointed. The Ramen is ok but nothing more. The ingredients are not particularly fresh, the soup base is some ready-made stock, the noodles are packaged ware (probably). To all the reviews that say this is the best Ramen in Munich and that it tastes exactly like in Japan - no. It's not and it doesn't. I must say though, the price is rather good. In the end, you get what you pay before: Ramen to fill your belly, but not to nurture your soul.
Great ramen for a great price! Will return.
Delicious soba and udon specialities
If you were in Japan and miss Ramen, u should give a try.
Best ramen noodle I found in Munich. The owner is Japanese. The taste is exactly the same with other ramen restaurant in Japan. 5/5
Good place to visit. It's possible to take food away
